Just before sunrise on August 4th, 2019, cellist and composer Ben Sollee recorded this improvised meditation in an old grain silo on a farm near Waterbury, CT. In the 25-minute field recording, you can hear Ben and his cello enter a flow state responding to the waking world: the birds, the insects, the drips of morning dew, and the long reverberation of the silo. Listeners are encouraged to use the recording to center themselves with an included a 18-page coloring book featuring line art by artist Ming Ying Hong.
